Delivery & Returns

As of March 2020 and the COVID-19 restrictions, we are only supplying digital product downloads unless otherwise noted.

The terms for physical products will be updated as appropriate once we begin to supply physical products again in accordance with any government restrictions.

Once payment has cleared, and subject to availability, the ordered items will be dispatched to the address supplied by the customer during the checkout process. We cannot accept liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to incorrect customer addresses.

Most orders are sent (Free of Charge) by Royal Mail to the UK mainland. If you are ordering outside of the UK mainland then we add £3 to the cost of your order to go towards the postage costs.

For free products offered on our TV broadcast, the charge is £3 for UK mainland, and £5 elsewhere.

Once the items have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the Royal Mail or courier.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery on all paid orders, however, please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of free orders.

Exchange or Refunds

We accept returns within 90 days from the date of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 90 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will made be upon receipt of the returned items. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

Damaged Goods

Should any of our materials prove defective (excluding normal wear and tear) just contact us and then return the faulty product. We will replace the product free of charge and refund the postage.
